Effective June 16, 2026
These Terms govern your use of Prometheus, the AI phone and messaging host operated by TalkWork Labs. By using the service or exchanging messages with a business’s Prometheus number, you agree to these Terms.
Prometheus answers calls and text messages on behalf of participating businesses, books and manages reservations and orders, and sends related confirmations and notifications. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and for their own compliance obligations.
Where a business enables SMS, you may receive text messages from that business’s Prometheus number about reservations, hours, menu, order status, and related customer service, and confirmations of requests you make.
You opt in by texting the business’s published number or by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we handle messaging data — including that mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing — is described in our Privacy Policy.
Do not use the service unlawfully, to harass, or to interfere with its operation. We may suspend access for misuse.
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalkWork Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
