Effective June 16, 2026
TalkWork Labs (“TalkWork Labs,” “we,” “us”) operates Prometheus, an AI phone and messaging host for restaurants and other small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have — including with respect to our SMS/text messaging program.
Business information. When a business signs up, we collect business name, address, hours, contact details, menu and policy information, and the phone number(s) used with the service.
Caller and guest information. When a guest calls or texts a business’s Prometheus number, we process the phone number, call/message content, and details needed to handle the request (for example, a reservation name, party size, and time).
Usage information. Standard logs and analytics needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We use information to answer calls and messages on behalf of the business, book and manage reservations and orders, send summaries and notifications to the business, provide reporting, and operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not use the contents of calls or text messages for advertising.
Where a business enables SMS, guests may exchange text messages with that business’s Prometheus number about reservations, hours, menu, order status, and related customer service, and may receive confirmations.
Consent.Guests opt in by texting the business’s published number or by providing their mobile number and agreeing to receive texts (for example, when leaving a number for a reservation). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency & cost. Message frequency varies by your interaction. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out / help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and HELP for help. You may also contact us at help@talkworklabs.com.
No mobile information (including text-messaging opt-in data and consent) will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties other than the subprocessors strictly necessary to deliver the messaging service (e.g., our telecommunications provider).
We share information only as needed to provide the service: with the business on whose behalf we answer; with service providers and subprocessors that help us operate (such as cloud hosting, telephony/SMS, and AI model providers), under contract and only for that purpose; and where required by law. We do not sell personal information, and — as stated above — we do not share SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You may opt out of texts at any time (reply STOP). You may request access to or deletion of your information by contacting help@talkworklabs.com; we honor applicable privacy rights.
